water solubility.
(5)Features of ether linkage: good stability to acid, alkalis, heat and oxidants.
(6)Ionicity: non-ionic, will not cause the agglomeration of pigments or fillers.
(7)Properties of hydroxyethyl starch with high substitution value: MS is over 0.5, soluble in
cold water; stable viscosity, resistant to shear, pH and enzyme. |
